De los aportes. Los patronos y entidades públicas o privadas, sin excepción, deben pagar al ICBF el 3% del valor de las nóminas mensuales de salario. Las entidades y empresas deben suministrar al ICBF la información que éste requiera para verificar la exactitud de los aportes.
