La segunda instancia se tramitará así: Recibido el expediente se ordenará ponerlo a disposición de las partes por tres (3) días comunes, para que presenten sus alegatos. Vencidos estos decidirá el superior dentro de los cinco (5) días siguientes, la sentencia se notificará personalmente, o por edicto fijado en la secretaría por tres (3) días. Una vez ejecutoriada la sentencia el funcionario enviará copia autenticada de los fallos a quien deba ejecutarla y pondrá a órdenes al respectivo funcionario al condenado.
