Los registradores de Instrumentos Públicos deberán poner en conocimiento de las entidades otorgantes del subsidio familiar de vivienda, los actos de transferencia de dominio que se hayan registrado sobre las soluciones de vivienda de interés social durante los cinco (5) años siguientes a la fecha de asignación del subsidio.
