ARTICULO 4o . Todas las referencias hechas a la Superintendencia de Cambios o al Superintendente de Cambios en el Régimen Cambiario, en el Decreto-ley 1746 de 1991, con excepción de los artículos 4° y 5° y en normas aduaneras, y de comercio exterior de carácter especial, se entenderán hechas, en su orden a la Unidad Administrativa Especial Dirección de Impuestos y Aduanas Nacionales y al Director General, en todo lo relacionado con operaciones de comercio exterior, a partir de la fecha en que se produzcan los efectos derogatorios del presente decreto.4 CAPITULO IV FUNCIONES DE COMPETENCIA DE LA SUPERINTENDENCIA DE SOCIEDADES
