Adiciónase al artículo 3º del Decreto 802 de 2004 un inciso 2º del siguiente tenor: "La Comisión de Regulación de Energía y Gas, CREG, de manera inmediata ajustará las disposiciones regulatorias vigentes en las actividades de su competencia en orden a introducir incentivos tarifarios para promover en forma prioritaria el uso del Gas Natural en Sistemas de Transporte Terrestre Masivo de Pasajeros, STTMP".
