Con el fin de financiar los estudios del personal asistencial-administrativo y docente dentro y fuera del país, así como también loa gastos para traer personal extranjero altamente calificado, la institución tendrá un fondo acumulativo formado con un tanto por ciento de su presupuesto anual, el cual será fijado por la Junta Directiva.
