° La supervigilancia, y control del Instituto y de las Cajas Seccionales se ejercerá únicamente por la Superintendencia Bancaria a través de un Auditor General en el Instituto y de Auditores en las Cajas -Seccionales, cuyos sueldos fijará y pagará la Superintendencia. Los cargos creados por el artículo. 19 del Decreto 312 de 1949, quedan suspendidos a partir del día 19 de junio del presente año.
