Art. 11 o Todo Agente Diplomático hará entrega formal, a la expiración de sus funciones, ya al Ministro que le suceda, ya á la persona encargada provisionalmente de la Legación, ya al Cónsul Colombiano residente en el mismo lugar, de todo lo que constituye el archivo de la Legación, según el Libro de Registros de que habla el articulo 7ª.
