Dirección de la Comisión. La Comisión tendrá un Director elegido por ella misma, entre los tres expertos de dedicación exclusiva quienes se rotarán la dirección por períodos anuales. En caso de ausencia temporal del Director, el Presidente de la Comisión designará entre ellos a quien deba asumir dicho cargo, mientras dura la ausencia del titular.
