Artículo cuarto. Las firmas comerciales destinadas a la representación, distribución o venta de materias primas o productos químicos para la industria, con excepción de aquellos destinados a la industria farmacéutica, cuya distribución y venta han sido reglamentados por la Ley 23 de 1962 , estarán obligadas, por la presente Ley, a contar con la asistencia técnica, en su Departamento de Ventas, de un Ingeniero Químico o Químico colombiano titulado, con contrato de tiempo total o parcial, según lo establezca el decreto reglamentario.
