De los bienes transferidos. Los bienes de cualquier naturaleza, transferidos en virtud del contrato previsto en el artículo anterior deberán ser restituidos al Instituto al término del mismo, sin compensación alguna a su cargo. También deberán restituirse los dineros no gastados o gastados indebidamente.
