° . Para adquirir la calificación de Detective Especializado se debe acreditar idoneidad en uno o varios de los siguientes aspectos: Autenticidad de Documentos. Dactiloscopia. Fotografía Técnica. Telegrafía. Idiomas. Química Balística. Técnica de Automotores. Topografía y dibujo. Abogacía.

Parágrafo 1

El Gobierno reglamentará la aplicación de la prima y los requisitos para comprobar la especialización.

Parágrafo 2

Las especialidades darán derecho a primas técnicas, por cada una, acumulables sin sobrepasar en total el 50% de la remuneración básica del cargo.
