Aprobación de la cofinanciación de proyectos. La Junta Directiva de la Empresa Colombiana de Gas, Ecogás, con base en el orden de prioridad de los proyectos elegibles recomendado por la Unidad de Planeación Minero Energética, UPME, aprobará mediante acuerdo las solicitudes de cofinanciación con base en los parámetros establecidos en el artículo 18 del presente decreto y ordenará el giro de los recursos.
