° Las licencias de radioaficionados de Segunda Categoría tendrán una vigencia de cinco (5) años, prorrogables a solicitud del interesado por períodos iguales, previo el cumplimiento de los siguientes requisitos: Solicitud escrita del interesado, y, paz y salvo con el Ministerio de Comunicaciones por todo concepto.
