La emisión de la estampilla Prodesarrollo Instituto Tecnológico del Putumayo (ITP), o del ente que en el futuro haga sus veces, cuya creación se autoriza, será hasta por la suma de trescientos mil millones de pesos ($300.000.000). El monto del total recaudado se establece a precios contantes del año 2012.
