Exímese del pago de derechos de aduana la introducción de materiales que hagan los Municipios de Medellín y Manizales, con destino al montaje de las plantas de filtración y cambio de las tuberías de distribución de sus acueductos públicos, lo mismo que la introducción de la tubería y equipo eléctrico destinado al nuevo desarrollo de la Central de Guadalupe.
