Artículo quinto . Todo propietario que anuncie la venta de un piso o departamento sometido al régimen establecido por la Ley 182 de 1948, deberá citar el número, fecha y notaría de la escritura pública, que contenga el reglamento de propiedad del edificio respectivo. En caso de que se trate de edificios por construir, deberá citar, además, el número y la fecha de la correspondiente licencia de construcción.
