Los miembros de las Juntas Electorales de las Provincias Electorales y los de las Juntas Electorales de las Circunscripciónes Electorales serán seis, los que serán nombrados cada cuatro años en los términos del artículo 11 de la Ley 7ª de 1888.

En receso del Congreso serán nombrados por el Gobierno.
