Por la Sección 2ª. Del Ministerio de Guerra, oficina á las cual se halla adscrito el negociado de Parques, se llevará con la mayor escrupulosidad un libro de Cuentas corrientes, el cual tiene por objeto saber en cualquier momento dado el número de elementos de guerra con que cuenta la Nación, debidamente clasificados, y la manera como se hallan distribuidos en los distintos Parques.
