Estándares de calidad y autorización de laboratorios . El Ministerio de Salud y Protección Social reglamentará los estándares de calidad en salud pública y procesos, y el Instituto Nacional de Vigilancia de Medicamentos y Alimentos (Invima) y el Instituto Nacional de Salud (INS) regularán los trámites de autorización de laboratorios que se incorporen a la Red Nacional de Laboratorios como prestadores de servicios de laboratorio de interés en salud pública.
