Una vez perfeccionado el contrato a que se refiere el artículo 1°, el Gobierno tomará, anualmente, de la partida asignada para construcción, conservación y reparación del Capitolio y demás edificios nacionales, las sumas necesarias para la pronta terminación y dotación del Hospital de San José.
