Art. 2.° Los señores Cárlos Bermúdez, Manuel Canuto Restrepo, Joaquin Guillermo González, José Ignacio Montoya i Pedro Antonio Parra, Obispos, respectivamente, de Popayan, Pasto, Antioquia, Medellin i Pamplona, podrán desempeñar sus funciones episcopales en las Diócesis que les corresponden, desde la sancion de esta lei.
