º. El objeto de los Fondos Ganaderos no podrá ser distinto del que señala la Ley 26 de 1959. La Junta de Vigilancia queda facultada para decidir qué operaciones distintas de las enumeradas en la citada Ley pueden realizar los Fondos Ganaderos, por estar comprendidas dentro del fomento y mejora de la industria ganadera.
