Art. 51. En los primeros quince días del mes de Enero de cada año formará la Corte, en acuerdo, una lista de veinte Conjueces, tomada de los ciudadanos vecinos de la Capital que tengan las capacidades necesarias para ser Magistrados de la misma Corte.
