Renuncia a las acciones en vía de regreso. En la medida en que el depósito central de valores pueda restituir títulos distintos a los que le fueron entregados, la entrega de un valor al depósito centralizado de valores implica la renuncia, por parte de quien lo entrega, a las acciones de regreso que podría intentar contra quienes hayan endosado el título y sus avalistas, salvo cuando se haya pactado la entrega del mismo título.
