Vigencias Y Derogatorias

Decreto 1623 de 2015 · por el cual se modifica y adiciona el Decreto 1073 de 2015, en lo que respecta al establecimiento de los lineamientos de política para la expansión de la cobertura del servicio de energía eléctrica en el Sistema Interconectado Nacional y en las Zonas No Interconectadas.

°. Vigencias y derogatorias. El presente decreto rige a partir de la fecha de su publicación en el Diario Oficial y deroga los siguientes artículos del Decreto Único Reglamentario 1073 de 2015: Los artículos 2.2.3.2.2.3 (artículo 5° del Decreto 388 de 2007) y 2.2.3.2.2.5 (artículo 6° del Decreto 388 de 2007).
