º. Comité de Política Cafetera. Con el fin de coordinar la política de exportaciones cafeteras del país con la política general de comercio exterior, créase un Comité compuesto por el Ministro de Hacienda, el Gerente de la Federación Nacional de Cafeteros y el Director del Instituto Colombiano de Comercio Exterior. El Comité formulará recomendaciones al Comité Nacional de Cafeteros y al Consejo Directivo de Comercio Exterior.
