De los pequeños poblados. Para efectos de lo previsto en el artículo 30, numeral 3º, de la Ley 80 de 1993, se entiende por pequeños poblados los municipios con población inferior a siete mil (7.000) habitantes y con ingresos no superiores a cinco mil salarios mínimos legales mensuales.
