º . Cualquier sociedad constituida con posterioridad a la entrada en vigencia de la Ley 1014 de 2006 y conforme a los requisitos del artículo 22 de dicha ley, podrá adoptar la forma de sociedad unipersonal transformándose por documento privado, siempre que cumpla con al menos uno de los requisitos exigidos en materia de activos o trabajadores, previstos en el artículo 22 de la ley 1014 de 2006, y acredite los requisitos previstos en el artículo primero del presente decreto.
