Principios . Para la aplicación de la coexistencia de que trata el artículo anterior se aplicarán los siguientes principios

No se podrá obtener simultáneamente un subsidio proveniente del Sistema General de Pensiones y uno proveniente de los Servicios Sociales Complementarios del Sistema de Seguridad Social Integral.

En todos los casos primarán los beneficios que eventualmente se puedan obtener del Sistema General de Pensiones sobre los que se puedan obtener del Servicio Social Complementario de BEPS.
