Documentos que se deben conservar. En la importación temporal para perfeccionamiento activo de bienes de capital el declarante deberá conservar los siguientes documentos

Documento que acredite la razón de la importación;

Documento de transporte;

Mandato, cuando no exista endoso aduanero y la Declaración de Importación se presente a través de una Sociedad de Intermediación Aduanera o de apoderado y,
