Parágrafo 2

del artículo 62 del Decreto 1790 de 2000, que pierda el semestre o año lectivo respectivo, en la universidad donde adelanta estudios, perderá también, el derecho a que se le abone el tiempo como mando de tropa, sin perjuicio de la acción disciplinaria correspondiente.
