Cuando los Municipios quieran retirarse de un organismo ejecutor de carácter regional para vincularse a un organismo ejecutor de carácter municipal, se aplicarán las mismas reglas del artículo 15. V. De la transformación de sociedades de acueducto y alcantarillado en organismos ejecutores y de la entrega de los sistemas que manejan las direcciones seccionales del Insfopal.
