La sociedad tiene ejercicios semestrales que se cerrarán el 30 de junio y 31 de diciembre de cada año, para hacer el inventario y el balance general de fin de ejercicio y someterlos a la aprobación de la Asamblea General de Accionistas, una vez culmine el proceso de revisión de los mismos por parte de la Superintendencia Bancaria.
