Las autoridades encargadas del registro de extranjeros que no dieren cumplimiento a lo dispuesto en los artículos 41, 42, 44, 46 y 47 del presente Decreto, serán sancionadas con multas de diez a veinte pesos, por cada infracción u omisión.
