La disposiciones de la Ley 200 de 1936 , y las que las completan, desarrollan y reglamentan, serán también aplicables a los terrenos situados en la intendencia del Chocó, a partir del 1° de enero de 1945, fecha desde la cual empezaran a contarse las prescripciones establecidas en los artículos 4°, 6°, y 12 de dichas Ley.
