Los introductores de telegramas que quieran tener constancia de la introduccion de uno o mas telegramas, llevaran estos por duplicado a la Oficina de Recibo, y esta devolverá al interesado, con el correspondiente sello, uno de los ejemplares. No se empleara ningun otro sistema de recibo.
