La autoridad ante quien el libertado condicional, debe presentarse periódicamente, informará por lo menos dos veces al mes sobre la conducta, ocupación, salud, y sobre todos los demás hechos referentes a la vida particular, y social del libertado, que puedan influir en la privación o confirmación del derecho otorgado. El libertado enviará mensualmente los mismos informes.
