º Corresponderá a las instituciones financieras procurar las medidas indispensables para que su composición accionaria se ajuste a las anteriores disposiciones. Para tal efecto, deberán acordar con los accionistas la forma como se realizarán los ajustes pertinentes y, si fuere el caso, promoverán aumentos de capital, a través de colocaciones de acciones, que permitan dar cumplimiento a la democratización de la propiedad accionaria en los términos del presente Decreto.
