Las aduanas no entregarán mercancía alguna sino mediante el comprobante de haberse pagado conforme a la ley todas las sumas debidas al Gobierno por tal concepto, o mediante presentación de orden de entrega, por estará la mercancía libre derechos, extendida de acuerdo con la ley. Exceptúase el caso de mercancía de exportación sobre la cual se garantizare confianza el pago de los derechos. Vigente desde: 19/06/1931 y hasta el: 16/04/1979
