Cuando un causante no dejare bienes relictos, por haberlos donado íntegramente en vida, sea en donación real, presuntiva o comprobada, el funcionario de Hacienda respectivo abrirá diligencias administrativas para decidir, con base en avalúo pericial, el impuesto sobre la masa global hereditaria y verificar el de sobre asignaciones o donaciones.
