° El capital autorizado del Instituto Nacional de Abastecimientos es de diez millones de pesos ($ 10.000.000), distribuidos en 10.000 acciones nominativas de un valor nominal• de $ 1.000 cada una. Dicho capital ha sido suscrito asi: a) $ 3.000.000 por el Gobierno Nacional. b) $ 5.000.000 por la Federación Nacional de Cafeteros. c) $ 1.000.000 por la Caja de Crédito Agrario, Industrial y Minero. d) $ 1.000.000 por el Banco Agrícola Hipotecario.

Parágrafo

Este capital podrá ser aumentado hasta el doble cuando lo determine la Junta Directiva del Instituto, por suscripciones del Gobierno Nacional o de entidades públicas o semioficiales.
