Ningún vehículo autorizado para prestar el servicio público con taxímetro, podrá hacerlo cuando no lo tenga instalado, no funcione correctamente o tenga los sellos rotos o etiquetas adhesivas con calibración vencida o adulterados. El taxímetro debe colocarse en sitio visible para el usuario.
