Decreto 1660 de 1978 · Por el cual se reglamentan parcialmente las Leyes 15 y 20 de 1972, los Decretos 250 y 762 de 1970, 546 de 1971 y 717 de 1978, y otras disposiciones sobre administración del personal de la Rama Jurisdiccional, del Ministerio Público y de las Direcciones de Instrucción Criminal.

ARTICULO 13 . Los siguientes empleos de la Rama Jurisdiccional se proveen como se indica a continuación

Magistrado de Tribunal Superior de Distrito Judicial y del Tribunal Superior de Aduanas, por elección de la Corte Suprema de Justicia.

Magistrado de Tribunal Administrativo, por el Consejo de Estado. a) Juez Superior de Circuito, de Menores, Laboral, de Instrucción Criminal, Municipal y Territorial, por elección del Tribunal Superior correspondiente. b) Juez Superior de Aduanas, de Instrucción Penal Aduanera y de Distrito Penal Aduanero, por el Tribunal Superior de Aduanas.
