Decreto 1412 de 1979 · Por el cuales e interviene la actividad de las corporaciones de ahorro y vivienda

Artículo primero. Las corporaciones de ahorro y vivienda deberán mantener un encaje representado en obligaciones de valor constante, sin interés, emitidas por el FAVI, en los siguientes porcentajes: a) 13 por ciento sobre los depósitos en cuenta de ahorro de valor constante; b) 10 por ciento sobre los depósitos en certificados de ahorro de valor constante;

Parágrafo

Sobre los depósitos ordinarios las corporaciones continuarán manteniendo el porcentaje de encaje del 15 por ciento señalado por el artículo 7 del Decreto 1414 de 1976.
