El Gobierno abrirá un concurso, entre los escultores nacionales, para la confección de una lápida de mármol, con una alegoría en alto relieve, con destino a la tumba del gran caricaturista Ricardo Rendón. En la lápida habrá la siguiente leyenda:

"El Congreso de 1935 a Ricardo Rendón."
