No obstarte lo dispuesto en el numeral 2º del artículo anterior, la autoridad correspondiente deberá remitir copia auténtica con las constancias de notificación y ejecutoria de todas las próvidencias que impongan sanciones disciplinarias a la División de Registro y Control de la Procuraduría General de la Nación.
