Impuesto sobre la renta. Para efectos de impuesto sobre la renta, complementarios, recargos y especiales, solamente constituye renta gravable por concepto de los haberes que perciban del Tesoro Público los Oficiales y Suboficiales de las Fuerzas Militares, el sueldo básico respectivo disminuido en el monto del aporte que debe hacer a la Caja de Retiro, sin perjuicio de las demás exenciones y deducciones legales.
