Artículo único. Encárgase al señor Francisco Lezama, Tesorero General del Departamento del Tolima, del manejo de los fondos apropiados para la carretera nacional de Ibagué a La Dorada, quien otorgará la fianza legal necesaria, por la cuantía que fije el Contralor General de la República.

Parágrafo

El funcionario citado tendrá derecho a la suma de $ 30 mensuales, como honorarios por este servicio. Comuníquese y publíquese.
