Art. 18 La contravenciones a que se refiere el articulo anterior serán castigadas por las mismas autoridades y por los tramites determinados en la presente Ley; pero los delitos de mayor gravedad que resultaren serán sometidos a los jueces ordinarios, de acuerdo con las leyes preexistentes.
